We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Senior IT Product Manager, Order Management and Demand Planning Technology in our Chicago, IL, Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI location.

This critical role will be the IT product owner of solutions for our global Integrated Planning team. In this role, you will be working closely with global our Global Business Services Order-to-Cash, Customer Supply Chain and Demand Planning / Integrated Business Planning leaders in designing and delivering Order Management (Order Management, Pricing, Customer Service, Key Supply Chain Customer collaboration) and Forecasting (Demand Planning/ Demand Sensing) capabilities.


  • Collaborating with Business Relationship Managers, Business and IT leaders to define the roadmaps for:

  • Global Order Management, with an emphasis on capabilities that enable business-to-business collaboration programs with Customers, process orders efficiently via algorithms, robotics processes and proactively raise the service levels for Kellogg’s.

  • Global Forecasting Technology platforms, with an emphasis on end-to-end transformational capabilities that enable a Demand Driven Supply Chain for Kellogg’s including demand planning and demand sensing applications.

  • Delivering on those roadmaps by providing leadership to our project teams in the successful delivery of Order Management and Demand Planning capabilities across the global Kellogg regions.

  • Managing the Order Management and Demand Planning platform from an IT product perspective including vendor relationships, managing upgrades, support models, and ensuring that cost of ownership is managed and optimized effectively as the platform evolves, with responsibility for optimal total cost of ownership

  • Owning and/or influencing relationships with key vendors, representing Kellogg on customer advisory boards and influencing vendor application roadmaps

  • Working with the Kellogg support organization in transitioning new products/services, defining SLAs, and in developing continuous improvement plans



  • High School diploma or GED

  • Demonstrated experience managing and influencing diverse groups of non-technical executives

  • Strong interpersonal skills, in developing strong relationships across business and IT teams

  • Held similar responsibilities to Product Manager, managing total cost of ownership and application rationalization within Supply Chain space.

  • Strong experience in managing and delivering ERP Technology solutions such as SAP or similar in medium to large CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) organizations

  • Strong background in agile development lifecycle

  • Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues

  • Strong project management, analytical, process and technical skills required

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • Strong experience implementing and configuring Order Management (Order management, Pricing, Available to Promise, Service Center Applications) technology solutions in a medium to large CPG organizations

  • Experience in managing and delivering Forecasting (Demand planning and demand sensing) technology solutions in a medium to large CPG organizations

  • Experience configuring Planning solutions (like SAP, SAS, E2Open Terra)

  • Foundational knowledge in platform

  • Experience in E-commerce Implementations from Supply Chain perspective

  • Success in leading or managing medium to large geographically dispersed project teams and resources

  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or fundamentals
