HR Shared Services Specialist

Role Scope Summary

Provide centralized administrative support to different functional groups of EMEA HR (Compensation & Benefits, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Payroll). Participate or/and be an active part of dedicated projects led by HR Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative tasks and provide administrative support for various EMEA HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, Regional HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll).

  • Be the Point of Contact for your customers and business partners, deliver required service within agreed timelines (SLA) and quality levels.

  • Active participation on various projects within HR Operations team

  • Drive improvements, customer excellence.

  • Work independently under minimum supervision.


  • Background Check (BGC) and Onboarding (OBT) Country Support: support all required process steps to ensure smooth flow of candidates through BGC and OBT. Working with vendor and vendor manager and TA on alerts raised on candidates in pre-employment screening process to help make decision on findings related to candidate’s background. Supporting payment process and gathering all relevant details in case of payment queries and getting these resolved independently through communication with Dell Finance (Accounts Payable etc.) and Vendor Finance teams

  • Purchase Order (PO) Support – own and manage the PO Support process within HR

  • Workforce Reduction Support (WFR) - manage the end to end WFR process (calculations, preparation of documents, etc.), cooperate closely with regional HR & Compensation & Benefits team

  • Benefits Support - creates and provides to our vendors the new hires, leavers and changes reports, process the applications forms, cooperate with C&B, vendors, process queries from employees

  • Team Metrics : Use trackers/dashboards and available reports on regular bases to prepare metrics of supported tasks by the EMEA HR Operations team and present the trend to rest of the team as well as to your customers

  • Other projects – be flexible to participate on any new projects that may arise during the year where analytical thinking, participation on process design is required

  • Other HR Operations support - act as senior member to other team members and help to coordinate any changes in the process

Salary starting from 1080 euro gross/month
