Key responsibilities

The scope of the role willbe focused on selling Dell solutionswithinCommercial clients/partners. You will be working with other Dell functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:

  • Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions

  • Use outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers

  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis

  • Relay product information.

  • Provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders


Essential requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within the IT Industry of at least 2 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to workindividually and as part of a team

  • Drive for results and to achieve sales targets

  • High English level as you will work on daily basis with customers having international point of contacts.
